At Creartio, every piece is a work of art — and we treat it as such from the moment it leaves our hands until it arrives safely at your door. Below you will find full details of our shipping options and returns policy.

Shipping

United Kingdom

• Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days. Free on orders over £200. Orders under £200 incur a £9.95 shipping fee.
• Express Delivery: 1–2 business days. £14.95 flat rate.

European Union

• Standard Delivery: 5–10 business days. £25 flat rate.
• Express Delivery: 3–5 business days. £45 flat rate.

Please note: EU orders may be subject to local customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

International (Rest of World)

• Standard Delivery: 7–14 business days. From £50, calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
• Express Delivery: 5–7 business days. From £85, calculated at checkout.

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. These charges are levied by the destination country and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Custom Packaging

Every item is carefully packed using custom protective packaging designed for fragile and high-value items. Sculptures and large decorative objects are secured in bespoke foam-lined crates. Smaller items are wrapped in acid-free tissue and placed in reinforced branded boxes. All shipments are fully insured during transit.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time.

Returns

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return the item within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

• The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition;
• The item is returned in its original packaging, including any certificates of authenticity;
• You have contacted us at info@creartio.com to initiate the return before sending the item back.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@creartio.com with photographs of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a free return collection and issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.

Exchanges

Due to the unique, handcrafted nature of our products, direct exchanges are not always possible. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired piece. If the replacement item is in stock, we will prioritise its dispatch.
